GOT TO DANCE AUSTRALIA (FOX8) AUDITIONS

Lights, camera and action, we are beginning the search to find Australia’s best dance act - capable of taking home the Got To Dance Australia champion 2012 crown with a PRIZE POOL of $250,000!
Whether you're a solo, duo or group, and whatever your dance style, we want you to strut your dancing stuff for Got To Dance.
- Dancers can be any age, soloist, duos, a group of any size and any style of dance
- Dancers under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian permission and must be accompanied during all auditions and filming.
- Everyone who signs up must be comfortable to be filmed for the duration of the series
Audition dates are yet to be released. First stage auditions will be held late May and early June. Second stage auditions will be late June and early July.
If selected to appear on the show you must be available for up to 4 weeks between August and September 2012

AUDITIONS FOR MALE AND FEMALE DANCERS
Sydney Dance Company is holding an invitation only audition in August 2012 for male and female dancers.
All applicants must have a vocational qualification, professional experience in contemporary/classical dance and be 18 years or over. Applicants must hold either Australian or New Zealand citizenship or a valid visa to work as a dancer in Australia.
To be considered you must be experienced in developing movement with a professional choreographer, display high levels of stamina and flexibility, possess strong improvisation skills and an understanding of Sydney Dance Company’s creative outputs.
To apply: If you meet the criteria outlined above then please send a current CV, ONE headshot and ONE full body dance shot to audition@sydneydancecompany.com. Please ensure all attachments do not exceed 1MB and that each attachment is saved as your Full Name as the file name. Only emailed applications to the specified address will be considered.

Rules of Entry And Instructions
Important: In writing to be part of this show, your application may be used as part of the television show, The Farmer Wants a Wife. If any of the farmers would like to meet you, you may be selected by the Producer to be filmed and to take part in the television show. Please do not apply unless you understand and agree to the commitments listed below, as well as the eligibility requirements and Terms and Conditions. NOTE: This years selection criteria and rules may vary from previous series – please be prepared for anything.
AVAILABILITY – PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY – YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL FILMING DATES AS LISTED BELOW:
- All days between 7 May 2012 to 11 May 2012 (inclusive)
- A consecutive period of 10 – 12 days, plus another separate day between 14 May to 8 June 2012
- All days between19 June 2012 to 22 June 2012 (inclusive)
CONDITIONS:
- You must attach 3 recent photographs in total:
- one head/shoulders
- one full body length
- one holding a sign with today's date clearly legible
- You must agree to live on a farm for the length of the shoot, approximately 12 days.
- You must be single and genuinely looking for love.
- You must be 18 years or over.
- Your completed application must be received by 5pm Monday 23 April 2012
- We will conduct background police checks on applicants chosen to meet the farmers, and you must agree to this as part of your application.
- Applications must be received online. Applications received by post will not be accepted.
